Looking for Post-doc candidate at the University of Angers
The University of Angers is looking for post-doctoral candidates in order to apply to the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships in Horizon Europe. That's why the University is launching a call to attract future MSCA Fellowship candidates and support them with their application. Beneficiaries of this call of proposal will be trained (online training) and be funded for a two-day stay in Angers for meeting, training and support.
The Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships (MSCA) are among the flagship, most prestigious research fellowships in Europe, and are open to all the researchers who have completed a PhD or will complete it before September, 14th 2022 and who have a maximum of 8 years full-time equivalent experience in research.

Her research activities come within the scope of Solid State Physics and Materials Science at the University of Angers.
Ass. Prof. Mihaela Girtan, has been head of the group Thin films for photovoltaic applications at Photonics Laboratory, Angers since 2005.
In this context, her aim consists in :

Studying several aspects of thin films, physical and chemical deposition methods, solar cell technology and optoelectronic devices, including charge transport in oxides and conducting polymers, electrical conductivity and photoconductivity measurements, organic and hybrid solar cells, organic transistors, transparent conducting thin films, structural, morphological, electrical and optical properties of thin films, plasmonic, transport phenomena in low dimensional structures, heat transfer phenomena and fluid dynamics numerical simulations.
