1) The purpose of the Office of International Projects at the University of Granada is to help promote and manage international research projects University of Granada. We report on open calls, help with finding partners, and the design and project management. To accomplish this objective with the highest possible quality, the International Project Office has decided to implement a Quality Management System based on the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001 and declared as strategic objectives in the development of its activities the following: * Achieving full customer satisfaction through strict compliance with its requirements and expectations. * Maintain a permanent system of continuous improvement in our services. * To comply with legal standards applicable to all activities of the company. * Get the maximum involvement of staff in the Office of Quality Management System. To achieve these objectives the Service management is committed to establishing and maintaining a management system effectively and efficiently based on the requirements of UNE-EN-ISO 9001: “Systems Quality Management: Requirements” facilitate the resources necessary to operate and user-orientation as premises for compliance. This quality policy is communicated and understood within the Organization and may be consulted by any interested foreign agent, will also be reviewed for continuing suitability Management System Quality.
